So … we just got back from our beach vacation, but if you’re anxiously awaiting your Spring Break, or just anxiously awaiting Summer … this post is for you!

I’m over at Real Housemoms sharing my personalized ‘beach bag’ tutorial.  It’s a Target Dollar Spot find (that actually cost $3, if we’re being honest) that I personalized and added a bit of fun to.

A sewn on chalkboard label, and a festive burlap bow!

Wouldn’t this be a cute idea for a bridesmaid’s gift?  Or a wedding hospitality gift?  You could totally personalize the bow and the saying to fit your theme … or wedding colors!

Or you could just use it as a cheap (but cute) beach tote like I did!

And now … please take me to a beach.  That’s not frozen.  ASAP.

And also, please explain to me why we still live in this state?!?  #FrozenTundra

p.s.  Have you taken our Reader Survey yet?!?!  It’s your chance to complain and compliment all day long … annonomously.

Thanks for stopping by.  And I’d love to live vicariously through you … so tell me about your Spring Break plans in the comments below …

    So cute!

I think I’m going to be working on refinishing a broken down rocking chair that my mother-in-law bought for $5. Also going to spend a couple of days with friends…so I can add photos to my See Mississippi Project 52 series. 😉

Ha!!! That’s funny!! I believe you. Also … I should show you some of my Pinterest fails. They’re better than the successes, I think! This bag has proven to be quite fun in our family! The erasable label on the front is a big hit with my boys!! Thanks for stopping over!
