DIY Wooden Coasters

DIY Wooden Coasters | View From The Fridge

My blogging hiatus is officially over.  I realized that I haven’t actually posted anything that I’ve created since mid-December.  That’s two months ago.  We’ve been enjoying 2016 so far, and I’ve been trying to find a rhythm and a schedule that works for our family and for me.  I’m still working on it, but I have had a little time to get back into blogging and creating, so I thought I’d share!

A couple weeks ago, I shared some simple wooden coasters that I created for our living room.  They’re made with scrap wood, felt, some upholstery nails/tacks, and a bit of paint.  Simple AND useful (just the kind of projects my husband likes):

Thanks for stopping by and for bearing with my hiatus.  It feels good to be back, and I’m hoping I can keep the creativity rolling!  I’d love to hear any good tips and tricks you guys have for getting out of a ‘creativity slump’.

I like these coasters . I like the dark stained wood and the numbers. I think I might make some, but with letters instead. I might choose some letters so that you could spell fun things on the coffee table, just for my own amusement!
