Hi there! If you’re reading this you must not have been too scarred from my super personal breastfeeding post yesterday, and thanks for coming back. Today I’m just popping in to tell you about a tutorial that I am sharing over at Real Housemom’s today. It was such a fun project … and also totally useful: A Traveling Jewelry Case Made from A Lone Placemat!
Don’t you hate it when your necklaces end up in a ball in the pocket of your suitcase or bag? It seems to happen to me every vacation, but no more! This simple organizer keeps them secure, organized, and tangle-free! And it’s cute and takes up little room! Win-Win-Win. You do need a sewing machine, but other than that … it’s really not too complicated (I promise!).
Stop over to Real Housemoms for the Full Tutorial HERE!
and check out the organizer in action:
It honestly is a great way to keep all your jewelry safe and tangle free during travel!!
Another great tip for keeping jewelry organized? (Bonus material here on the blog today!!)
Use buttons to keep earring pairs together. Maybe this is old news to most of you, but I found this idea recently somewhere … probably Pinterest … and it’s genius! Totally works perfect!
Happy Tuesday, and I’ll see you tomorrow for more fun with Avocados!
