DIY Thumbtack Monogram Pallet Sign

Happy Monday!  We spent the weekend working HARD on finishing the boys’ big boy room and the nursery (and the downstairs trim, and building a raised bed garden, and rearranging our master bedroom, and building a fire pit, and attending a private ‘living room concert’ from Ben Kyle, and meeting our newest ‘dog nephew’, and  …).  Seriously!  I’m exhausted.  Follow along on Instagram for all the craziness fun.

I’m also recovering from last week’s intense Anthropologie Knock Off Week!  It was so fun to see what my four other co-challengers and YOU came up with!  Have an Anthro Knock Off to share?  Link it up here.  Working on one?  No worries … the link party is open for a month, so be sure to stop back and submit your projects when you’re all done!

But … on with this new week, right?  Today, I’m over at My Crafty Spot sharing a DIY Thumbtack Monogram Pallet Sign for our front door.  Inspired by several thumbtack projects I’ve seen lately (Angela’s Ampersand and Melissa’s Mirror), I created this easy DIY pallet sign to match some new flower pots we got for our front porch.

Stop over to check out the details now!

Later this week, I’m planning on sharing another Baby #3 update (13 days and counting …. or less??).  That is, unless he or she makes an early appearance.  My nesting is in full effect, and I’m off to clean out the fridge ….

Thanks for stopping by!  I’d love to hear about your weekend, too!  Any advice for the last couple weeks being a mom to only TWO little kiddos?

Thanks so much, Aniko! Yes … these last days are a little too busy for my liking, but they’re going well. Just trying to enjoy the ‘calm’??? before the storm. Have a great week!

Love your monogram pallet sign. What kind of letter did you attach the thumb tacks to? We get several pallet ends that are lighter but rougher so I sand the dickens out of them, attach more boards in between boards attached and voila have a sign to make. Try not to waste any goodies. Love colors you used on yours.
Your kids are so cute, soon you’ll have #3. I had 3 kids in less than 4 yrs, but was nice as by time I was in my 40’s kids were older and we could go do all kinds of fun things. I’ll look forward to hearing about new baby and seeing photos. Happy Mother’s Day.

I LOVE this sign!!!! So simple but so pretty. I am also a huge fan of hot pink with navy and white (one of my all time favorite color combos)!!

What a unique idea! I am decorating my office/craft room in these colors. They look so nice together! I also have a thing for stripes. Lovely. Thanks for sharing!
